By using the site, the user agrees to the terms and conditions of use, including the policies regarding shipping and returns. All products and services are provided without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, and Prestige Flower shop (PFS) disclaims all of them fully.
All sales are final, and returns are only accepted under specific circumstances. If issues arise, they must be indicated to PFS within two hours of delivery. Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only, and issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return. If the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available.
For perishable items such as flowers, cakes, cupcakes, chocolates, or other similar items, delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to an incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked, or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
Since flowers and cake/cupcake arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. However, PFS will make sure that the flower and/or cake/cupcake arrangement is delivered as close as possible to the description or photograph shown.
The product specifications (size, color, etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate, and PFS, at its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.
Due to the perishable nature of the product, returns or refunds are not allowed. As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted under specific circumstances.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement as flowers are perishable. If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like, as style preferences are not grounds for returns.
Prestige Flower shop Nigeria reserves the right to substitute blooms with a similar “look” and feel without prior consultation, as all flowers are not always in season or not in stock. PFS will do its utmost to make the arrangement as close to the advertised picture as possible. If you require a specific product, please call and check for its availability.
Delivery times are generalized to “morning” and “afternoon” deliveries. If you require a timed delivery, please call and speak with our team or indicate at checkout. It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to PFS, it is not cause for a refund or exchange as PFS has fulfilled its obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender. PFS does not call ahead to ensure someone is home, so as not to spoil surprises.
